3rd edit:

The starting point for the 3rd Edition was Moonrise Kingdom by Wes Anderson—a story of a boy and a girl who run away from the confines of their groups and environments. It blends a quirky and witty search with themes of first love, rebellion, and the longing to escape. The 1960s setting, paired with the boy’s Boy Scout identity, created a visually rich and whimsical narrative.

The inspiration extended to my own childhood memories of Girl Scout uniforms and merit patches, and the feeling of restriction within defined structures during adolescence. The fictional Khaki Scouts’ uniforms, their tent-lined base, and the bags and gear carried by Sam and Suzy became the foundation for this collection’s direction.
